This project was completed in 2023. A fully renovated 5 bed, 4 bath home in Cooper Estates in Mount Pleasant. Roofline was reframed, first and first floor reframed for new layout, and garage was converted to a living room and kitchen. New windows, hardwood floors, kitchen, tile bathrooms throughout home.
